  1. First, turn off your mobile and remove the SIM card and SD card From your mobile.
  2. Now press and hold Together VOL+ key or HOME key and POWER button for 10 seconds.
  3. Then select from recovery option use VOL – and VOL+ and select wipe data/factory reset and confirm it by POWER key.
  4. Therefore select  Yes– Delete all user data and confirm it by power key.
  5. After that select the Reboot system now and confirm it by power key.
